• 2 valid ID (Passport/PRC/SSS/Philhealth/Postal/Driver's)
• 3 pcs. Picture 1x1 (husband/wife/Atty-in-Fact)
• Birth certificate (Single) or Marrriage contract (Married)
• Certificate of Employment with Compensation (Consularized)
• Special Power of Attorney (Developer's form, must be Consularized)
• Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
• Proof of Billing Address or Certification from Owner if renting

                  PAG-IBIG FINANCING REQUIREMENTS (LOCALLY EMPLOYED)

• 2 valid ID (PRC/SSS/Philhealth/Postal/Passport/Driver's)
• Tax Identification No. (TIN)
• 3 pcs. Picture 1x1 (husband/wife/Atty-in-Fact)
• Cedula (husband/wife/Atty-in-Fact)
• Birth certificate (Single) or Marrriage contract 
• Certificate of Employment with Compensation
• Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
• Proof of Billing Address or Certification from Owner if renting
• Income Tax Return (ITR) 
• Original Payslip (at least 3 months)
